We ship from 100+ Amazon fulfillment centers throughout the US and our Headquarters in Portland, Oregon. If you ordered more than one item or a package, you might receive multiple shipments via multiple carriers. Typically, your order is shipped within 48 hours, but sometimes there are delays due to issues out of our control, like bad weather or a pandemic.
